I’d save your time on this one. The box showed up smashed, and the packaging was torn and covered in dust. Not a great experience at all...

"Stock info was mostly accurate"
I ordered two kurtas from limelight.pk, and for once, the sizes that showed as in stock were actually available. I usually assume “available” means “maybe available” because other sites have cancelled on me later, so this was a pleasant surprise.

One of the items took a little longer to update after checkout, which made me do that quick mental shortcut of thinking, “okay, here we go again,” but it ended up arriving without any issue. Giving 4 stars just because of that small delay

My order showed up with the wrong items, not what I actually picked. It was already frustrating enough, but then I had to keep chasing them to get it sorted, which made the whole thing even more annoying.

"Not really trusting them like before lol"
I used to feel okay ordering from limelight.pk and thought it was a safe brand, but my last order kind of changed that lol. The delivery updates weren’t very clear, and when the product arrived, the quality didn’t feel the same as it looked online. Customer support did reply, but it took a while. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but i don’t feel as confident ordering from them again.

I ordered from limelight.pk and the delivery showed up faster than I was expecting. The packaging was fine too, no real issues there. I’m giving 4 stars though because the tracking update came a bit late, and I feel like whoever was handling the tracking side could’ve been more on top of it.

So... I ordered from limelight.pk the fabric itself was okay, nothing too bad there.

But the stitching really let me down. One side had loose seams, and after just one wear, I could already see threads coming out. The fitting also felt a bit uneven, like it wasn’t finished properly.
For the price, I was expecting better finishing. I’m not saying the whole order was bad, but they really need to check the stitching more carefully before sending stuff out.

I ordered my usual size from Limelight and even checked the size chart before placing the order, but it still turned out way too tight. The sizing just doesn’t feel accurate at all. Now I have to go through the whole exchange process, which is such an avoidable hassle. Annoying experience overall.

"Support took way too long to respond"
I ordered from limelight.pk and ran into an issue with my parcel. Since I’m careful with online orders and don’t like feeling unsure about where my package or money stands, the slow replies made the whole thing more stressful. I had to keep messaging them again and again before they finally responded. They did get back to me eventually, but the answer wasn’t very helpful. Their response time really needs to improve.

I kept checking the tracking, but it barely updated, so I was basically left guessing where my order was. It was frustrating, i’d expect at least an apology for how unclear the whole process was.

"Lots of nice designs to choose from"
I like shopping on Limelight because there’s always a good variety of designs. Whenever I check the site, I usually find something new, from simple prints to brighter colors and everyday wear options.
It just makes shopping easier for me since I don’t have to look around too much. I found some really pieces last time, and overall I’m happy with my experience.

"Nice designs, but the sizing feels hit or miss"
I ordered three kurtas from limelight.pk, all in the same size, and somehow each one fit differently. One was tight around the shoulders, another felt like it was a whole size bigger, and only one actually fit properly. The designs are definitely pretty, but reading between the lines, it feels like their size chart isn’t something you can fully rely on. I ended up returning one and getting another altered, which kind of defeats the convenience of ordering online.

I had a good experience with Limelight. I wasn’t expecting the support team to be this helpful, but they were polite and sorted out my order issue without turning it into a whole drama. They replied nicely, explained things step by step, and made the process easy enough. Credit where it’s due, they handled it well.

One of the shirts I ordered arrived with a small tear, so I reached out to customer service. It took them a little while to reply, but once they did, they sent a replacement within a few days. Not perfect at first, but they handled it well and I’m happy with how it turned out.
