They did not let me in because of my broken english, and they thought that i was drunk. To be honest i think that it was racist towards latin americans and our language. Next time I hope they don’t care about the language of somebody and let him in because of their state and not about their origins, their race and their language.

I went to exchange a dress the staff their was so uncooperative and misbehaving. They never told me that the dress I am buying is on sale and wouldn't be exchanged. I had the receipt and the dress was untouched with all the tags but they didn't exchange neither did they change the size for me. The dress is of no use to me, complete waste of money. Never going to buy again from this brand. Not recommend 👎

Highly disappointing experience especially when it comes to their customer service specifically with a guy named Asif who is supposed to be looking after brand related customers refund & return queries over the phone.
To cut the long story short the customer suffers for the all staff mistakes, size shortages and bad customer service. Their is no fairness when it comes to the amount you spent in the store and how it's processed when you need to refund or return a faulty item sold by their staff.
Will never recommend anyone to spend their money here where their is no goodwill and honesty or security for your spent amount.
At Lucky one Mall branch a guy named Zeeshan
went way & beyond to help us and took responsibility for someone else's mistake but sadly he had not much authority in his hands to sort the matter out. But the brilliance he showed to tackle the situation was applausible. This guy needs promotion and be replaced to a higher position.

I'm trying to contact limelight but no answer limelight sent me wrong and bad quality clothes the clothe clour become fade and ruining shirt pattern but customer service don't bother to reply back to help out and this is the worst customer service I have ever seen that's is totally ridiculous and unacceptable so other people please beware

Be aware of this limelight everyone should stop buy from limelight they are robbing people i live in London I bought clothes from them online and they delivered to my friend house in Pakistan they sent me wrong and defaulted clothes my friend contacted them and they were very rude over the phone and they denied to help us out and now I’m trying to contact them they don’t even care to attend the call and reply the text this is totally unacceptable and disrespectful

Today went to their shop in Multan.There was a electricity but they didnot turn on the AC and there were no fan in this heat weather. Its cruelty against humanity. It shows that limelight does not care about their customers nor either their employees.

When receiving an online order, if there is any damage or mistake from Limelight - please be aware they will not rectify it. It is risky ordering from them. They will ignore any queries. When they did finally respond it was to ask a question which was already responded to.
I ordered an item which was incorrectly labelled by them. I was asked to send measurements and provide pictures. The response was they had no information on the article. Frustrating.
They should add in their policy any mistakes by them will not be rectified.

i bought dress and their product is faulty and it's their responsibility to look after their customers..really disappointed with their customer care service...

This website is legit i have recently purchased clothes from thier online website the cloth quality was so amazing and they deliver very fast i love limelight very much!

I bought an item from MM Alam Road,when I went home and checked it was damaged so I went back to the store the next day I was told that the item had been worn which was not as I bought to take it abroad. I spoke to the manager who finally agreed to but the attitude was rude.
I will jit be shopping at lime light again

I ordered clothes to my aunt address in Pakistan because my parents went to holidays one shirt was faulty I messaged limelight they replied there policy is to return in 48 hour I received clothes after a month of delivery how an earth I return in that time from UK.

My wife Ordered something and Payment was taken and item never arrived. Limelight nowton either ever took a payment.

Useless company for international ordering items internationally
